Requesting Warranty Service

In the unlikely chance that your Soyabella Automatic Soymilk Maker needs warranty service, please call us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Pacific Time, at:

Items sent to our service center without an RMA number will be refused, and the package will be sent back to the shipper at the shipper's expense.

If you have registered your product, we should already have all of the required warranty information when you call. If you did not register your product, please have the following information handy when you call:

  • Model Number
  • Serial Number
  • Date of Purchase
  • Place of Purchase

Please note, that we may ask to see a copy of the original sales receipt to verify the date of purchase for your machine.

Pack your Soyabella soymilk maker securely so that it will not be damaged during shipment. Tribest will not be responsible for any damages that occur because a product was improperly packaged. Any damage to the item due to insufficient packaging will be repaired at your expense. Write the RMA number prominently on the outside of the carton, and ship the package to:

Most companies require you to pay for shipping both ways! However, as a courtesy to our customers, we believe in sharing shipping charges for warranty claims: you pay to ship your item to our warehouse and we will pay to ship the item back to you. All packages must arrive with freight prepaid. Any items sent "freight collect" will be refused and returned at the shipper's expense.

Please allow for up to 4 weeks to receive your repaired item.
